This page explains how to request deletion of your BYGO Live account and the data linked to it. The developer name on Google Play / App Store is Docodex Labs.

How to delete your account (in the app)

Open the BYGO Live app on your phone.
Sign in with the same Google account or email/password you use for BYGO Live.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm deletion. If prompted, re-authenticate (Google Sign-In or your password).

Deletion starts immediately after you confirm. Your sign-in will stop working and your public service links will no longer show your profile.

How to request deletion by email

If you cannot use the in-app option, email docodexlabs@outlook.com from the email address on your BYGO Live account.

Include:

Subject: BYGO Live account deletion request
The email used to sign in
Any public username / service link you know (optional)

We will verify ownership and delete the account, usually within 7 days (often sooner).

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we aim to remove:

Your Firebase Authentication account
Business profile
Services you own, and related public username mappings
Uploaded logos / profile media we store for your account
Wait-list (“notify me”) alerts tied to you as owner
Service status history tied to your account
Analytics document for your account
Push notification (FCM) token on your profile
Premium entitlement records for your user ID (if any)

What may be kept temporarily

Security / backup copies: encrypted backups or logs may retain fragments for a short period (typically up to 30–90 days) before automatic purge, unless a longer period is required by law.
Staff memberships on other people’s services: if another business invited your email as staff, that owner may need to revoke the invite separately.
“Notify me” contacts others left on your services: removed with your owned services / alerts; contacts left on other businesses’ pages are controlled by those owners.
Legal holds: we may retain limited information if required for fraud prevention, disputes, or legal compliance.
