Delete your BYGO Live data (keep your account)

This page explains how to remove some or all of your data in
BYGO Live without deleting your account.
Developer name on Google Play / App Store: Docodex Labs.
Delete data yourself in the app
- Open the BYGO Live app and sign in.

Services: open a service → delete it (removes that service’s
public page, username mapping, and related content you control).

Profile: edit your profile and clear business name fields,
contacts, address, social links, or remove logos / cover images.

Wait list: clear or resolve “notify me” entries for your
services from the app wait-list / service screens.

Staff: revoke staff invites so collaborators no longer
access your services.
These actions update or remove data right away. Your account stays active so
you can keep using BYGO Live.
Request data deletion by email
If you cannot use the in-app tools, email
docodexlabs@outlook.com
from the email on your account.
Include:
- Subject: BYGO Live data deletion request
- Account email
- What you want removed (for example: all services, logos only, wait-list contacts, profile fields)
We will verify ownership and process the request, usually within
7 days.
What can be deleted while keeping your account
- Individual services and their public links
- Uploaded logos and cover images
- Profile business details and contact links you added
- Wait-list alerts for services you own
- Staff invite records you control
What may remain

Your sign-in account (email / Google identity) until you
delete the whole account.

Aggregated / technical logs or backups for a short period (typically up to
30–90 days), then purged, unless law requires longer retention.

Data on other businesses’ pages (for example a wait-list entry you
left for another provider) — contact that provider or ask us for help identifying it.
